Foam Pourer
FSI Medium Expansion Foam pourers 'pour' the foam onto the risk area, and are ideal for tackling large flammable liquid spills, and fires in Tank dikes. Can be used with AFFF, FFFP and High expansion Foam compounds. Available with nominal foam solution capacity of 600 to 2000 LPM. Pourers can be easily carried on Foam Tenders as part of standard equipment, and can be operated directly from the Tender. FSI Inline Inductors matching to above Pourers available.

High Expansion Foam Generator
Casing of generator shall be made of f.r.p and fitted with 63mm dia instantaneous interlocking male coupling made of gun metal.
Suitable wheel & handle arrangemetn shall be provided for easy movement by single person.
Corrosion resistance treatmeant shall be made on piping, fitting and turbine.
Weight of the unit shall be less than 16kgs excluding net size- 620mmx500mm(all dimensions may have deviation of 20mm)
Generator shall be useful for high expansion foam generator as well as smoke extraction.
Polyethylene foam ducting of 30 mtrs length shall be provided with the generator.
Smoke ducting of 7.5 m size shall also be pressure.
At 7 bar inlet pressure foam prodution should not be less than 80 m3/minutes.
Expansion ratio should be 1260 to 1360 at 7 bar pressure.
Foam compound consumption should be 6 to 8 lpm at 7 bar inlet pressure and foam discharge capacity should not be less than 100 cubic meter per minute.
The extraction capacity of smoke should not be less than 90m/3min at 7 bar inlet pressure and 245h/min flow rate.
Inline / Online Inductors
FSI Inline / online Inductors provide means for accurate induction of Foam compound into the Water stream for operation of Foam branches and equipment and systems. These Inductors are matched to FSI Foam equipment. available in Aluminum and G.M. The FSI Inline / online Inductors are designed for 3% or 6% induction, the inductors are available with nominal foam solution capacity of 225 and 9000 LPM as well as client requirements.
Construction : Aluminum, GM Body and supports 2.5" to 8 Instantaneous / flanged inlet connection and Female Instantaneous / flanged Outlet. PVC braided Pick-up tube with SS Pipe.
Low Expansion Mechenical Foam Generator
FSI Low Expansion Mechanical Foam Generators (MFG) give excellent quality low expansion foam, and are used as portable equipment, mounted on Fire fighting Vehicles, or in fixed foam systems. MFG induct the required amount of foam compound, and air into the foam solution stream to give stable low expansion foam. FSI MFG are available with nominal foam solution capacity of 225 LPM (MFG 5) and 450 LPM (MFG 10) It is recommended to operate the MFG at a minimum pressure of 7 bar, maximum 12 bars.
Construction : Aluminum Barrel and inductor assembly, 2.5" Instantaneous Male Inlet and Female outlet.
Mobile Foam Unit
FSI Mobile Foam Unit available in 50, 100, 150 and 200 ltr. Capacity with MOC of FRP, SS, MS is an ideal solution for quick mobilization and application of foam for tackling flammable liquid fires and spills, such as in Oil Depots, Petrochemical complexes, etc. The sturdy body has a capacity to hold 50,100,150,200 ltrs. of foam compound, which allows more than 7 to 20 minutes of continuous application using the FSI FB 10X (450 lpm capacity) foam branch. The Mobile foam Trolley design, with its large solid tires ensures easy maneuverability, at the same time proper mounting of equipment (including Inductor, Foam branch and 2 lengths of 15 mtr. hoses) means easy removal of Foam branch and hoses for quick deployment. Construction : Corrosion resistant FRP tank, M.S./ SS Chassis frame, Solid Polymer tyres.
